With nearly ten years of experience in the practice of U.S. immigration law, Attorney Malone specializes in naturalization, family-based immigration, employment-based visas, VAWA cases, and deportation defense.
A passionate advocate for immigrants' rights, Attorney Malone provides personalized legal strategies to help clients navigate the complex U.S. immigration system. He has successfully helped hundreds of individuals and families achieve their dreams of living and working in the United States.
Attorney Malone earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and is licensed to practice law before the Louisiana Supreme Court, he is admitted to practice before the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the Executive Office for Immigration Review. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the National Lawyers Guild, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the New Orleans Bar Association.
In his free time, Attorney Malone enjoys traveling, cooking and eating good food, skydiving, live music, and practicing to learn additional languages. He is fluent in Spanish, he and is committed to providing accessible, multilingual legal services to clients from diverse backgrounds.
